Wine tastings can be hosted at your home, office, private venue or in our intimate cellar in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Former wine director at leading Sydney restaurants (including Mr Wong, Saint Peter and Uccello) and winner of Best Wine List in Australia (2019) as Group Sommelier for Liquid & Larder with Bistecca and The Gidley, Alice brings world-class curation and calm, confident hosting. With hands-on time in European cellars (COS, Sicily; Terroir al Límit, Priorat), she crafts tastings that balance education and pleasure—shaping the flight, the pace and the story so every guest feels included.
