A tasty Porcini sauce for hot dishes, combining two symbolic products of Acqualagna territory: porcini mushrooms.

Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients:  Mixed mushrooms in varying proportions: champignons 53%, pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms 12%, porcino mushrooms ( Boletus edulis and related group ) 0.69%; sunflower oil; salt, flavor; aromatics plants.

Storage information:  Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge (+4°C) and use within 3-4 days.


Ready to use. Add either plain butter or chicken stock and grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese to your liking. Use a condiment for first pasta courses: pasta and rice; meats, fish, boiled vegetables, eggs, warm crostini, pizza and stuffings for meats and pasta courses.
